This experienced and knowledgeable department is run by our Field & Operations Managers who collectively have more than 200 years of experience in labor relations.  Their dedication to our Clients in the Agricultural, Warehouse, Industrial and Dairy Staffing industries has kept our food economy moving forward for over 30 years.

Our F&O Managers are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to serve and meet the high expectations of our customers.  Their primary role is to maintain clear communication with our customers and employees and they understand the unique needs that come along with production intensive operations.

In addition, we have an FLCE Program that provides the Field & Operations Managers with the rules and regulations required by the numerous governmental entities to make sure your operations are being handled according to current regulatory expectations.

Our Safety Department is led by our Safety/Risk Manager Deborah Gentile, who oversees nine Safety Technicians.  Ms. Gentile previously worked as a Senior Catastrophic Workers’ Compensation Examiner and earned a reputation as being fair and thorough in her investigations.  She has over 13 years of experience in workers’ compensation law, safety and risk management and has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors.  Some areas Ms. Gentile has had focus on include: manufacturing, agriculture, temporary staffing service, trucking, correctional facilities, boating, municipalities, and restaurants chains.  In her many years in claims administration, Ms. Gentile has demonstrated her acumen in law by controlling and reducing the cost of workers’ compensation claims as well as formulating, implementing and administrating a wide variety of health and safety programs.

Our Safety Department is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to make sure all incidents are handled timely and professionally. When a work related injury is reported to us, we immediately dispatch one of our Safety Technicians to pick up our employee and bring them to an industrial physician for examination and potential treatment. Our Safety Technicians complete all the legally required paperwork for filing the workers’ compensation claim, continue to bring our Employees to and from all doctor appointments, physical therapy appointments and any diagnostic appointments.

Our Safety Team provides excellent training per Cal/OSHA standards. We provide a copy of the signed Safety Training Attendance Roster to our clients. In addition, all of our employees that are hired as heavy laborers or machine operators (e.g. Forklifts, Tractor’s, Feeders, Front Loaders, and ATV’s) must pass a drug and alcohol test in addition to passing a pre-employment physical. This process is overseen from start to finish by one of our Safety Technicians.

Our Accounting Department is led by Justice Gradowitz, our Controller who oversees a staff of 18 people to ensure that a team approach is used to understand and exceed the needs of our clients.  Our Executive Assistant Tandy Greiner helps oversee the regulatory concerns for an annual staff of over 16,000.

Many of our Clients have special accounting programs and time clock systems, such as the Kronos Time Clock System and Bio Metric Time Clock Systems that are required for their own internal tracking and reporting purposes.  Our Accounting software allows us to communicate with these systems and import the files automatically for additional accuracy in timekeeping and rate assurance.  Our ability to provide our Clients with the options they need guarantees an seamless process that produces a check to the employee while generating an automatic and accurate invoice for services. For our Clients who may not desire to use their internal systems, we are privileged to still provide the same professional courtesies and services that have kept us the FLC of choice for over 30 years.
